Microsoft’s newest office will be the greenest and smartest office yet, and we’re thrilled to be apart of it. The on-site water reuse system will capture and treat rainwater and wastewater for irrigation and toilet flushing. When fully up and running, no potable water will be used for non-potable uses!

What’s more – we’ve worked closely with the design partners on the design and engineering of the two-acre living roof system. The roof will serve as home to native planting, edible gardens, and wine trellises; a habitat to insects and birds; and a retainment system for stormwater.
