Drew Norton

Principal

Drew Norton has worked in the engineering and construction field for over 20 years, including extensive experience designing and overseeing site improvement plans and construction for residential, institutional, civic and resort projects necessitating grading, utilities, water management, sediment management, road design, grading  and drainage. He has worked extensively in the historic Presidio, collaborating on several renovation and planning projects. He was also Principal in Charge on the mixed use development in Healdsburg called Mill District providing key strategic master planning and design oversight. This includes direction on overall conceptualization and implementation of the site development, sustainability, and waste and stormwater systems. Drew is currently focused on the growth of both Sherwood’s North Bay – Petaluma office and its Los Angeles office, including expanding the breadth and reach of Sherwood’s influence in sustainable development in California.

Fun Facts: Drew enjoys mountain biking and can be found on trails traversing Mt. Tam and parts of West Marin, sometimes on this way to work from San Rafael. He also is a frequent rider of the new SMART train on his days in Petaluma.
