The Island House

The Nassau Boutique Hotel is a charming five-star resort located in the Bahamas. The coastal development consists of guest cottages, with supporting facilities including a fitness center, pool and spa and restaurant. Sherwood Design Engineers has collaborated closely with the developer and project team to grade the site higher to enhance the breathtaking views of the shoreline. The interior core of the complex was also finely graded and coordinated to minimize infrastructure visibility, but also allow privacy and access of the cottages. The project was designed in accordance with the Bahamas Ministry of Works and Bahamas Water & Sewerage Corporation.
