Downtown Napa Specific Plan

In historic Downtown Napa, Sherwood worked closely with a team of designers to develop a comprehensive Specific Plan for the City’s downtown district. Sherwood evaluated the City’s existing infrastructure systems including domestic water, wastewater, and stormwater while analyzing the effects of future demand on these systems and identifying solutions for necessary infrastructure upgrades. In addition, Sherwood developed a tool palette of Low-Impact Development (LID) measures to be incorporated into the City stormwater management design guidelines, including a conceptual master plan of potential LID projects to be instituted throughout the downtown area.
