Mauricio has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University. He has over a decade of design-build experience and has a deep passion for regenerative systems. . His previous work included designing water systems that push the effectiveness of creek restoration efforts within the Goldridge Research Conservation District, low-impact development in Sonoma County fire rebuild process, rainwater harvesting to de-stress groundwater supply, decentralized onsite water reuse, and habitat restoration.
Fun Facts: Mauricio lives a low waste lifestyle in a tiny house that he designed and built with a friend. The house is made out of re-purposed wood and natural building materials and is able to maintain his daily needs and simple lifestyle.
