Kerry Ettinger

PE, LEED AP | Senior Engineer

Kerry Ettinger, PE, is an experienced civil engineer and project management professional with more than 25 years of experience leading complex commercial, residential, educational, and healthcare projects throughout the Bay Area and Southern California. As an Associate Principal and Senior Project Manager, Kerry manages multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, design coordination, permitting, and construction administration for high-profile developments. He has also successfully applied his engineering and management expertise to residential mortgage financing, where he produced more than $84 million in loan volume and spearheaded initiatives that improved operational efficiency and productivity. Kerry holds a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from UC Davis and is a California-registered Professional Civil Engineer and LEED AP.

Fun Fact: Kerry is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys mountain biking, skiing, camping, and fishing. He is also a Coach and Board Member for San Rafael Blue Jays Youth Lacrosse, a pretty terrible drummer, and an even worse golfer.
