George Harlow

Project Manager

With over 8 years of experience in civil engineering/land development, George’s career started with a design-build firm in Florida working on all types of sites – commercial, residential, mixed-use, federal, municipal, solar, etc. In 2018, George moved out to Los Angeles with Kimley-Horn to specialize in hospital design and site planning. Over the course of the next 4 years, George worked on several capital improvement projects for hospital renovations and new university medical campuses. These projects ranged from master planning to producing construction drawings (site layout, grading, utilities). In 2021, George joined Arup to serve as Senior Area Lead for the LAX Roadways, Utilities, and Enabling (RUE) project in the central terminal area. George is very excited to bring his project management skills and engineering knowledge to Sherwood!
