Sydney is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Communication and was focused on interpersonal communication theory. Human Resources was a natural fit for her desire to create a better workplace through her knowledge and experience in the non-profit and technology industries. She believes in the importance of maintaining consistent, clear and open communication and allowing every voice to be heard. Sydney believes the employee experience is central to how a company operates, and integral to how it aligns with its values. Sydney is experienced in developing efficient processes for recruiting, on-boarding, and training. Her goal is to have a lasting impact on those around her by creating a space that people feel heard, trusted, and a part of a community when at work.

Fun Fact: In her free time, she likes to create miniature paintings, embroider, watch notoriously bad movies, and bake on occasion.
