Prathamesh Kulkarni

Prathamesh has a diverse background in engineering, scientific computing, and research. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and his Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University. His doctoral research focused on understanding the mechanical behavior of complex material systems using physics-based modeling. He is passionate about using computational modeling and simulation tools to deliver practical solutions to real-world challenges. At Sherwood, Prathamesh is excited to apply his modeling and research skill set to sustainability, environmental systems, and infrastructure projects that require multidisciplinary engineering insights and collaboration.
