
Nonda Kozas
Nonda Kozas is a Bay Area native who is passionate about designing infrastructure that connects people and enhances communities. He has contributed to a range of high-impact projects, including the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, Apple Campus 2, 231 Grant Educator Housing, the San Francisco Fire Training Facility, and the Ukiah Downtown Street Improvement project. With a background in land development, Nonda specializes in creating mixed-use, walkable, and bike-friendly environments. He believes that civil engineering is not just about roads and utilities, but about shaping the everyday spaces where people live, work, and connect. He has a passion for creating third places that foster community and strengthen the connective tissue that makes a city or town feel vibrant.
Fun Facts: Nonda once met the prime minister of Greece and Enrique Iglesias in the same week. He took first place in a Greek Folk Dance competition. Nonda is also an Avid cyclist and mountain biker.
