Nicole Valdivia

Nicole Valdivia is a San Diego native with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Santa Clara University, where she focused on water treatment chemistry and systems. Since graduating, she has built her career in land development throughout the Bay Area, contributing to a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Nicole joined Sherwood to focus on projects that prioritize sustainability and environmental stewardship, applying her engineering experience and passion for the natural environment to create thoughtful, resilient, and sustainable communities.
