Nick Chandler
Nick Chandler comes to Sherwood with experience in construction, design, and public sector. After graduating UC Davis, Nick worked with Gilbane as a project engineer where he helped acquire and execute federal DoD contracts for fuels construction projects at remote aviation bases. After Gilbane, Nick spent a decade with Sandis gathering pertinent design skills in land development and becoming a project manager. He worked on prominent expansion projects at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in Oakland and Stanford Medical Center in Palo Alto, along with projects in education, affordable housing, and mixed-use developments. Following Sandis, Nick explored the public sector with the Contra Costa County Public Works Design Division where he provided quality control on PS&E packages for capital roadway projects. Nick brings excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong understanding of engineering principles to Sherwood.
Fun Facts: Nick was a hurdler in track and field, wanted to be a carpenter as a kid, and can juggle anything from balls to pins.
