Nefertiti Orimoloye

Nefertiti earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University in 2021. A proud Boilermaker, growing up in North County San Diego gave her a keen interest in urban waterways and resource management. After spending some time designing projects in the transportation and construction fields, she landed in a surface hydraulics and hydrology role and fell in love with the work. Over time she hopes to use her diverse skillset to create and nourish natural spaces for marginalized communities. She would one day love to work with her favourite civil engineers and keystone species, the North American beavers.

Fun Facts: Nef is an avid birder, doodler, skateboarder, and rollerskater! She also loves to spend time dancing or outside meeting new friends, furry and feathered.
