Jeremy Potter

Jeremy is a Design Engineer with over seven years of experience in civil engineering, supported by a background in multiple aspects of construction prior to entering the engineering field. This combined experience provides him with a practical understanding of how projects move from design into the field, helping to ensure plans are clear, coordinated, and constructible.

Having grown up on California’s Central Coast in San Luis Obispo County, Jeremy values contributing to projects that serve the communities he is familiar with. He assists with a range of site development and infrastructure efforts, including grading and drainage design, stormwater management, and preparation of construction documents. He approaches each project with careful attention to detail, collaboration, and a steady commitment to supporting both the project team and client needs throughout the design process.

Fun Fact: When he’s not working on projects, Jeremy can usually be found mountain biking, hiking, surfing, or building and flying FPV freestyle drones. He also enjoys bringing ideas to life by designing and 3D printing custom prototypes for his hobbies, and playing music.
