Colleen Marin

Colleen is a licensed civil engineer from Costa Rica with extensive experience in the design and coordination of infrastructure projects, including earthworks, stormwater management, potable water, and sewer systems. A 2019 honors graduate of the University of Costa Rica, she also completed a semester abroad at North Carolina State University as an exchange student in 2016. Her professional background is focused on delivering high-quality solutions for both national and international clients, primarily within the tourism development sector. She is highly skilled in Civil 3D and Excel, and she enjoys applying her strong mathematical foundation to programming in Python, R, and MATLAB.

Fun Facts: Colleen is a mathematics enthusiast who keeps her analytical skills sharp by completing at least one sudoku every day. A true lover of the coast, her perfect vacation will always be spent on the beaches of the Caribbean. Additionally, coffee is a non-negotiable start to her morning ritual, and her signature go-to is a vanilla coffee with milk and sweetener.
